Origin of Essence. Yoga, Movement and Mindfulness Teacher Training. (200-hr YTT)

When: Saturday 5th October - Saturday 2nd November 2024(full-time)
When: Saturday 5th October - Saturday 7th December 2024(part-time)
Full-Time: Consisting of 21 days (4 weeks)
Part-Time: Consisting of 23 days (9 Weekends)
Curriculum Course Requirements:
Deliver a comprehensive and dynamic certification in the Shakes Yoga method, focusing on Mobility, Flexibility, Longevity, Injury Prevention, Strength, Endurance, and Mind-Muscle Control for practitioners aspiring to guide individuals in private or group settings.
This 200-hour teacher training is fully accredited with Yoga Alliance.org.
